Jennifer is a shareholder in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group. Jennifer’s practice is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and general business transactions and relationships. Jennifer has extensive experience in representing privately held companies and non-profit organizations, in negotiating and closing complex transactions domestically, internationally and multi-nationally, and in leading and coordinating multi-national teams of professionals.

Jennifer is a cum laude graduate of the Hamline University School of Law, where she was awarded the Silver Gavel Award for graduating in the top 5% of her class, and was a member of Hamline’s Law Review. Jennifer was the first African American to serve as a law clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court, clerking for the Honorable Rosalie Wahl. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from Langston University in Oklahoma.

Jennifer is a member of the Michigan, North Carolina and Minnesota state bars.
